Can I return or exchange my Nato strap?

Yes. Si. Nai. No problemo. Anyway you want us to put it. We just ask that you put the product back in its original package and return the product to:

Please note: If you have worn your strap or put it on a watch, it has been deemed worn and cannot be returned or exchanged for a refund. In this case, send us an email at sales@natostrapcollections.com and we will see what we can do for you. In the end, we want our customers to be happy with our product and service.

Do you only ship in North America?

That would be crazy. We want our product to be available to everyone worldwide. Our shipping costs are a little higher for International customers but we promise to make it affordable.

How long will it be until I receive my order?

We expect your order to be out of our hands within the first 24 hours after you click ‘Complete Order’. For Domestic customers, you should receive your order within 5 to 7 business days. For our International customers, you should receive your order within 10 to 14 business days.

My shipment hasn’t arrived as expected. What do I do?

If your order has not arrived in the timeframe allotted above, please email us at sales@natostrapcollections.com. Keep in mind, the timelines provided are not guaranteed. They simply provide a general timeframe as to the expected delivery date and your product may be received sooner or later.

If it has been more than 20 business days since you have placed your order (whether Domestic or International) please email us at sales@natostrapcollections.com. We will work with you to find a resolution to your situation.

What if the product I want isn’t on your website or in stock?

If the product you want isn’t available on our website or not in stock, simply email us at sales@natostrapcollections.com with an image of the strap you would like (or description if the product is on our website) and we’ll make sure we get it for you.

Is there anything I can do to help my straps last longer?

There are a few ways to wash your nato strap. We recommend that you hand wash your strap and then air dry.

Is it possible for me to order a custom designed strap?

While we don’t have this feature at the moment, this is something we want to integrate into our website. When this option becomes available we will let all our followers know.
